- My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 24 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please email customerservice@msread.com.my
- What is your Returns Policy?
Returns of items can be made within 30 days of receipt and a credit note will be issued. If a replacement size, colour or alternative items are required you will need to place a new order.
The credit note will be issued into your MS. READ account for the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. This includes sale items.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your returns carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
- Can I return for a size exchange?
Exchange can be done within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Please email us at customerservice@msread.com.my for your exchange & return it by registered post (tracking available) back to us.

- How do I renew my MS. READ Card ?
Yes, you can do so by either paying SGD10 or spend SGD180 on a single receipt / order. Please note that you have a one (1) year window to renew your membership - exceeding this, you will have to make a fresh minimum purchase of SGD250 to get a new card. You can order online or purchase at MS. READ store for SGD180 to renew your MS. READ Card.
To renew your MS. READ Card Online, Follow the step below*:
1. Login to your MS. READ online account, click on Personal Information and scroll to the bottom of the page.
2. You will see a renewal link "Renew your Ms.Read card here" in the MS. READ Cardholder Information section.
3. You can collect the card at any MS. READ Stores or have it mail to your shipping address.
4. Continue with the payment page to complete the card renewal.
