What Is The Policy If I Want to Refund or Exchange My Items?

  • Items are eligible for return & exchange within 30 days from the receipt date
  • Items should be returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached. All goods will be inspected upon return.
  • If your order contained any Gift with Purchase (GWP), the GWP must also be returned.
  • Sale items, Best Buy Item & accessories are NOT eligible for refund or exchange
  • Only ONLINE purchases are eligible for refund except for Sale, Best Buy & accessories item.
  • Exchange can be done only ONCE for every receipt/transaction there will fee charged for the exchange/return.


How Do I Get A Refund?

  2. Provide us your order number and the item that you wish to return.
  3. Our customer service will check your order whether if it's available for refund.
  4. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase within 14 working days

How Do I Exchange My Items?

1) Exchange your item at physical stores

  1. Head over to any of our physical stores with your item & receipt / online order invoice (feel free to reach us at customerservice@msread.my to help you locate the item whereabouts)
  2. You may exchange for a different size, colour or design. The new item must be of the same price or higher. Customer will have to pay the price difference for items of a higher price.

2) Exchange your item by return via CollectCo

  • Fill up your return request in this link - https://send.collectco.my/parcel/return/278 and our team will get back to you with return airwaybill slip if your request has been approved.
  • You may drop off your parcel at any CollectCo Points. Find your nearest CollectCo Point here.
  • If you face any problems dropping off your parcels, please contact CollectCo Customer Service at +603-5626 0024.
  • Note: Your parcel must adhere to CollectCo parcel requirement guidelines. CollectCo Points have the right to reject your parcel if your parcel does not meet the said requirements.
