We ship to almost any address in the world. Except PO boxes.

When will my order arrive?

If the item is in stock, you will receive your order within below table timeline. If the particular item is not in stock, there may be a delay of 1-3 days, in which case we will contact you immediately to inform you. If you wish to amend your order details, please do so between 1-2 days from order date in order for us to dispatch your order in accordance to our delivery time frame. 

*Note that in situations where there is a surge in online orders, do expect a slight delivery delay as the order processing time will take between 7-10 days instead. We are sorry for in the inconvenience. 

We ship using our preferred shipping partners for both domestic & international orders. After your order has been sent, you will receive via email, the tracking number where you can track the exact whereabouts of your order.

Shipping Rates & Time Frame*

* Please note that an adult signature is required upon delivery of shipment. If there is no one present to collect the parcel, it will be sent to the nearest post office to await your collection. The courier will leave a note advising the contact details of the post office branch and address.
