2. Do I need to sign up again to join the new programme?
No need — active members will be automatically migrated into the new programme under their qualifying tier.
Your tier is based on your spend between 1 Jul 2025 and 6 Aug 2026. Going forward, every purchase counts toward your next 12-month rolling total, so you can move up a tier as soon as you hit the threshold — no need to wait for a new year.
3. Is there a cost to join or move up a tier?
No, moving up is completely free and happens automatically based on how much you spend within a 12-month period.
4. Can I still earn points the same way as before?
Yes — RM1 spent still earns 1 point, and you can still earn through sign-up, referrals, and product reviews.
5. Will I keep the points I've already collected?
As we move to our new system, all members will be placed into a tier based on total spend between 1 Jul 2025 and 6 Aug 2026, and given a fresh points balance to start with under the new programme.
6. Will the points needed for voucher redemption change?
No, the points required for each voucher stay the same. What's changing is the minimum spend to redeem, which is now tied to each voucher's value. The good news: it now applies to your whole bill, including sale items and ongoing promotions (unless stated otherwise). So for most members, redeeming is just as easy, if not easier, than before.
